The Whitehall Center at the Carleen Bright Arboretum

The perfect blend of elegance, history, and natural charm. – Designed as a replica of the original Whitehall Church, the Whitehall Center beautifully preserves the spirit of Woodway’s past while providing modern comfort and versatility. From baby showers, close-knit ceremonies, or small business meetings, Whitehall is a great space for your most intimate gatherings. Surrounded by lush gardens, walking paths, and serene landscapes, the Whitehall Center provides both the main hall and the outdoor patio area making it the ideal space for any celebration.

Grandy Gazebo & Event Lawn at the Carleen Bright Arboretum

This stunning and natural outdoor event location offers the perfect amount of structure and flexibility to bring any event to reality. Whether dreaming of a quaint ceremony or a lavish affair, this unique event lawn holds historic charm with striking scenic views. Picture a wedding ceremony set against breath-taking scenery, and beautiful seasonal color.

Available for hourly rentals as well as full day rentals in conjunction with the Pavilion and Whitehall Center.

Woodway Family Center

The Woodway Family Center (WFC) has been a memorable part of the Woodway community for the past thirty years providing kid activities & fun! The WFC strives to promote a family atmosphere while providing a place for children to learn the basics of competition and fundamentals in various sports, with an emphasis on fun and sportsmanship. The space is available to rent out for parties or other events.

Private Rental Information

Steps to Rent Venues:

1. Call 254.399.9204 or email events@woodwaytexas.gov to check venue availability and schedule a tour.

2. Complete rental contract (must be signed by Event & Tourism Superintendent, city management, and Lessee)

3. Provide deposit (as determined by contract)

4. Provide event insurance

5. Coordinate with operations staff for planning details (floorplans, agendas, security, AV needs…etc)
