Senior programming is available for residents of Woodway as well as non-residents, ages 55 and above.

Dementia Live: Experience designed to strengthen understanding and empathy for those living with cognitive impairment and sensory changes.

A Matter of Balance: Program to help with managing concerns about falls.

Medicare & Qualified Trust: Learning about how Medicare works from a certified professional.

Tech With Cody: Courses to help with the common needs involving Technology.

Pickleball 101: A beginner course for those wanting to learn the game of pickleball.

Chair Yoga: Come try a gentle form of yoga from the comfort of your chair.

Strength and Stretch: A fun class to work on body strength and stretching.

Stick Fit with James – A fun way to exercise with drumming.

The Woodway Family Center is proud to offer senior programming. With an inclusive and integrated approach to living life to the fullest at every age, we hope you will find something that interests you here at our new Woodway Family Center! Woodway residents and non-residents 55+ are welcome and free to join in scheduled programs and unprogrammed spaces. From traditional to informative to active and cutting edge, we are working hard to bring people, programs, and organizations to our facility to elevate our community and the residents who make us all better.
